I dont give 5 stars very often but for the dealership and jill I couldnt be more impressed she was very helpful on getting the truck i wanted i couldnt of asked for a better sales person very cheerful and wasn't trying to sucker me into somthing I didnt want. I had a price range I was willing to spend and she got me exactly what I wanted at the price I was looking to spend. So if your looking for a vehicle I highly suggest checking them out.

We just bought a Pacifica, they didn’t have what we wanted in stock but Jeremy asked and found exactly what we wanted.
Everyone made things very easy and comfortable for us, they gave us very great interest rates and a good trade in on our suv.
Jeremy followed up a few days later to make sure we were still happy with the van, showing it wasn’t just about the sale.

I purchased a 2019 Ram 3500. I was out of town during the purchase and Red Water dodge provided excellent customer service. They provided an abundance of information regarding the truck. Previous maintenance and repairs that were completed and a full service history from when it was new. Adrian was exceptional in his role, coordinating paper work and even getting the truck delivered to Pincher Creek. I would 10/10 recommend Red Water. I will be purchasing again!

Super satisfied with this particular location and their crew. Went in for an oil change and inspection, and that’s exactly what I received. The Invoice was even itemized and colour coded! No upselling or pressure to fix anything. The price was maybe $20.00 more than what I usually pay Jiffy Lube.
They went above and beyond by checking out an issue with my driver’s side door-lock at no extra charge, and even topped up my tires ☺️
