We maintain a massive inventory of over 150 vehicles in stock and move 40 to 60 units a month. With that kind of volume, keeping our lot organized and our inventory front-line ready is crucial. You will be the backbone of our lot operations, working directly with the sales and service teams to ensure our premium new and used vehicles are perfectly staged and ready for our customers.

Compensation & Production Bonuses

 

We know that a strong work ethic deserves a solid reward. We are offering a competitive wage of $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on your prior experience.


Who We Are Looking For:

 

  • Licensed & Safe Drivers: A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are strict requirements, as you will be moving inventory daily.
  • Self-Starters: We need someone who is organized, takes pride in their work, and doesn't mind working outdoors in all Alberta weather conditions.
  • Experience: Dealership lot experience is an asset and will reflect in your starting pay, but we are absolutely willing to train a highly motivated individual!
  • Team Players: Someone who thrives in a busy shop atmosphere and wants to contribute to a great team environment.

Q1: What exactly does a Lot Attendant do on a daily basis?

A1: You are the master of our dealership lot! Your day will consist of organizing and parking vehicles, ensuring the lot looks professional and clean, moving vehicles for the sales and service departments, gassing up units for test drives or delivery, and assisting with light lot maintenance.


Q2: I don't have experience working at a dealership. Can I still apply?

A2: Yes! While experience managing a lot or working around vehicles can bump your starting pay up toward the $20/hr mark, we are more than happy to train the right person at the starting rate. If you are reliable, careful, and have a valid driver's license, we want to talk to you.


Q3: What are the hours?

A3: You will work a consistent, full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No evenings, no weekends, no rotating shifts.
