Over the last 13 years, Redwater Dodge has grown from a small-town lot selling 10 to 20 vehicles a month to a high-volume powerhouse consistently moving 60 to 80 units monthly. Right now, we have over 150 vehicles in stock.

Our dealership is moving an incredible amount of units monthly. Right now, our detail bay simply cannot keep up with the intense volume coming from our retail, new, used, and customer service sectors. We need motivated hands on deck, and we are willing to train the right person from the ground up to get the job done right.

Compensation & Production Bonuses

Who We Are Looking For:

 

  • Motivated Hustlers: No prior detailing experience? No problem. We will provide full, hands-on training for the right candidate.
  • Licensed Drivers: A valid Driver's License is a strict requirement for this role (you will be moving inventory safely around the lot and bays).
  • Team Players: Someone who thrives in a busy shop atmosphere and wants to contribute to a great team environment.

Q1: I don't have any professional detailing or paint correction experience. Am I out of the running?

A1: Not at all! While having experience is a bonus, it is absolutely not a requirement. We are looking for motivated people with a solid work ethic. We will fully train you on our equipment, chemicals, and processes. If you have the drive, we can handle the rest.


Q2: What is the day-to-day workload like?

A2: Busy! Because we maintain a high-volume inventory, a massive portion of your day-to-day work will be keeping our units looking flawless for delivery. There is a ton of work available, which directly ties into your ability to earn production bonuses.


Q3: What does the compensation structure look like?

A3: We pay a flat rate of $23/hr, but that is just the baseline. Because we have so much work available, we offer bonuses based on your production. If you want to keep your head down and pad your paycheque, the work and the bonuses are absolutely there for you.
