After shopping for months for a very specific truck, I finally found the one at Redwater Dodge.
In the months leading up to my purchase, I had countless unpleasant experiences with dealerships during my search. Dirty trucks on arrival, deals changing when I got there, hidden fees, undisclosed damage and mechanical issues, you name it. I was honestly exhausted and almost didn’t make the 5 hour drive to see this truck.
I’m so glad Jeremy was persistent in encouraging me to come see it in person. The photos truly didn’t do the truck justice.
I came prepared with a long list of very specific questions about both the truck and the dealership. Jeremy answered every one of them with confidence and complete transparency. I felt great about the deal we made, received a strong value for my trade, and appreciated how straightforward the numbers were. That level of honesty was genuinely a breath of fresh air.
When I arrived, the truck was absolutely pristine, better than I had hoped for. Jeremy was fantastic to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and Redwater Dodge to anyone looking for a vehicle.
I also had my 4yr old daughter with me, who, after five hours in a vehicle, was understandably a bit of a handful. My favourite part of the experience was how incredibly kind everyone was to her. A special shoutout to Noel in finance, who went above and beyond to make her feel included. He even hung the artwork she drew for him on his office wall. It’s little moments like that that turn a good buying experience into an exceptional one.
From the time I walked in to the time I drove away in my new truck was under two hours and that even included stopping for lunch. The entire process was seamless.
If you’re thinking Redwater Dodge is “too far” to drive, I’d encourage you to reconsider. Exceptional service, honest people, strong numbers, and complete transparency are hard to find these days. Every minute of the trip was worth it.... More

Adrian was easy to deal with, trucks were ready for test drive as soon as I showed up and the entire process was easy. Bought a 2026 Ram 3500 laramie and loving it. I have my opinions on dealership sales reps but this is the second time ive been to this dealership and they are not pushy or distrustful like the other dealerships ive been to. Big overdo shoutout to these guys for helping me out last Friday! My truck lost all it's coolant due to a loose cap half way between my home and work. They were the closest dealership at only 22 mins away. They had me straightened out, topped up, even had a rental car ready to use had they needed more time. Fast working on their part got me fixed up & on my way with my own truck. You made a huge headache turn into an easy fix! Thank you very much! 👍❤️
