I purchased a 2019 Ram 3500. I was out of town during the purchase and Red Water dodge provided excellent customer service. They provided an abundance of information regarding the truck. Previous maintenance and repairs that were completed and a full service history from when it was new. Adrian was exceptional in his role, coordinating paper work and even getting the truck delivered to Pincher Creek. I would 10/10 recommend Red Water. I will be purchasing again!

Super satisfied with this particular location and their crew. Went in for an oil change and inspection, and that’s exactly what I received. The Invoice was even itemized and colour coded! No upselling or pressure to fix anything. The price was maybe $20.00 more than what I usually pay Jiffy Lube.
They went above and beyond by checking out an issue with my driver’s side door-lock at no extra charge, and even topped up my tires ☺️

Great experience here with Matt. Everything was up front and straight forward. And he actually knows about the trucks unlike a lot of the dealers here in the city . Also Noel in the finance department was great. Anyone looking at a vehicle i really recommend getting out of the city away from the big dealerships and going to see these guys .

Just bought my new 2500 from Adrian at Redwater. Very patient with all my questions and worked hard to get exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. He even hand delivered it himself to my driveway! The build took a little longer then expected due to parts on order but it was delivered for free and my trade in taken without me having to leave the house! Extremely convenient and an easy process. Highly recommend!
